Current LDCSB Secondary Students Transferring to MTS
1. Students are to complete the registration form on the board website. The online registration process is from January 6, 2026 to March 2, 2026.
Registrations submitted after the March 2, 2026 deadline may not be accepted based on capacity and course availability.

2. For current LDCSB students, this form has been condensed, as most of the student’s information will already be in PowerSchool. This is a change in past practice.
3. Students do not complete the course selection in myBlueprint. They should indicate “not returning” in myBlueprint at their current LDCSB high school.
5. The course selection process for these students requires the completion of the course selection form found below.
